ROLE EXPECTATIONS

You will be the reassuring presence across the development, safeguarding people, property and premium amenities while delivering exceptional service to residents and visitors. Most days you’ll monitor access, patrol communal areas and back-of-house spaces, manage incidents, and provide helpful, proactive support across this high-profile estate.

What Success Looks Like

  • Residents and visitors feel welcomed, safe and well-supported at all times.
  • Incidents are identified early, handled calmly and documented accurately.
  • Access control and CCTV are monitored diligently with zero unauthorised entry.
  • Communal spaces and facilities remain orderly through visible, consistent patrols.
  • Clear, timely communication with residents, contractors and the on-site team.
  • Handover reports are concise, accurate and enable seamless shift transitions.

How You'll Spend Most Of Your Time

  • Controlling access and monitoring CCTV, ensuring only authorised entry.
  • Conducting internal and external patrols, including plant rooms and car parks.
  • Responding to alarms, incidents and resident queries with professionalism.
  • Managing keys, deliveries and contractor sign-in in line with procedures.
  • Completing detailed logs, reports and handovers for each shift.
  • Supporting fire, health and safety checks and escalating issues promptly.

Experience That Helps

  • Security, concierge or customer service experience in residential or hospitality settings.
  • Familiarity with CCTV systems, access control and incident reporting.
  • Experience working to safety procedures and escalation protocols.
  • Confident dealing with emergencies and handling sensitive situations.
  • Comfortable working structured shift patterns with thorough handovers.
