Night Senior Carer
About The Role
As a Night Senior Carer at a Barchester care home, you'll look after the different needs of our residents to enable us to deliver quality, person-centred care and support. Your role will involve:
- Supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants
- Supporting the Deputy General Manager in care operations
You’ll also support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, or care reviews. Much like everyone here, as a Night Senior Carer, you’ll commit to respecting the dignity and preferences of our residents while helping to create a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment.

About You
To excel in this role, you should have:
- NVQ Level 3 or an Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
- Specific clinical care knowledge for the elderly
