About The Role
As a Night Senior Carer at a Barchester care home, you'll look after the different needs of our residents to enable us to deliver quality, person-centred care and support. Your role will involve:
- Supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants
- Supporting the Deputy General Manager
- Assisting the clinical team in areas such as:
- Medication
- Assessments
- Care plans or care reviews

About You
To join us as a Senior Care Assistant, you should:
- Have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
- Demonstrate specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
We’re looking for individuals who:
- Are warm-hearted and compassionate
- Are committed to providing individualised care and support
- Can leave behind their contributions to advance into roles like:
- Care Practitioner
- Regional Carer
- Nursing
