Night Senior Carer
About The Role
Nights only, 36-hour contract
As a Night Senior Carer at a Barchester care home, you’ll look after the varying needs of our residents to enable us to deliver quality, person-centred care and support.
Your role will include:
- Supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants
- Working alongside the Deputy General Manager
- Supporting the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, or care reviews

About You
To join us as a Senior Care Assistant, you should have:
- An NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
- Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
