Night Shift Customer Service Advisor - Welsh Speaking
Please note, this role is fully remote and you would use your own personal device. The ESP Group are currently recruiting for Welsh speaking Customer Service Advisors to join our contact centre Night Shift team. If you have excellent communication and administration skills, are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and are seeking career progression, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. At The ESP Group, you will be a part of a dynamic, fast paced, talented and growing team responsible for delivering bespoke customer experience across a variety of communication channels. We recognise the importance of a work-life balance so offer working patterns on a four on four off rotation between the hours of 10pm - 8am. Occasional day shift may be required in line with business need and training and upskill requirements.
