Desirable
- Previous Machine Operative or manufacturing experience
- Interest in technical production or engineering processes
- Experience operating machinery or production equipment
Hours
- Monday – Thursday: 7:00pm – 7:00am
- 48 hours per week
- Paid breaks included
We're recruiting for a motivated and dependable Machine Operative to join a highly respected technical manufacturing company in Wetherby on a permanent night shift. This Machine Operative role is ideal for someone who is already accustomed to working nights and is looking for a stable, long-term career rather than a short-term opportunity.
As a Machine Operative, you'll complete a comprehensive training programme, learning specialist manufacturing techniques, operating machinery, supporting production processes, and working alongside an experienced team. Because of the investment involved in your training, we're specifically looking for applicants who know night shift suits their lifestyle and are committed to remaining on permanent nights.
