Here at easyHotel, we are now looking to recruit a fantastic Team Member at our Glasgow hotel. Working on a full-time, permanent basis, you will receive a competitive salary of £12.30 per hour.
Core Purpose
As our Team Member, your goal is to help ensure our customers have a great experience when staying with us.

Role & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting day-to-day operations
- Being the first point of contact for the guest experience
- Dealing with guest queries and complaints
- Inspecting rooms and communicating any issues to maintenance or housekeeping
- Ensuring positive guest experiences, resulting in 5-star reviews
- Ensuring a smooth process through Apaleo (hotel booking system)
