- General hours: 48 per week (night shift work)

Your Role
What You’ll Do
Whether you join as an Operative, Foreman, or IPV Foreman/Operative, your responsibilities include:
- Equipment handling:
- Installing, maintaining, and removing traffic management gear (cones, barrels, barriers, lights).
- Operating IPV (Isolated Personnel Vehicle) where qualified.
- Site management:
- Leading/supporting crews in safe and efficient project delivery.
- Setting up lane/road closures and diversion routes.
- Compliance & reporting:
- Conducting site checks under Chapter 8 regulations.
- Logging traffic counts, reports, and near-miss documentation.
- Safety & collaboration:
- Ensuring all work aligns with health and safety standards.
- Mentoring new team members and trainees.
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Requirements
Qualifications & Certifications
- Essential:
- 12AB, 12b LTMO, or 12a Traffic Management Foreman qualification.
- Familiarity with Chapter 8 regulations of The Highway Code.
- For IPV roles:
- IPV vehicle qualification.
- HGV driving licence.
Other Criteria
- Driving licence: Full licence (max six points). No driving prohibitions in the last five years.
- Pre-employment testing:
- Drug and alcohol screening (offer dependent on passing).
- Attitude & skills:
- Positive, proactive “can-do” mindset.
- Adaptability, flexibility, and meticulous attention to detail.
