- General hours: 48 hours per week (night shift)

Your Role
As an Operative, Foreman, or IPV Foreman, you’ll play a key role in road safety and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Setting up, maintaining, and removing traffic management equipment (cones, signs, barriers, lights)
- Driving and operating IPV vehicles (where qualified)
- Leading or supporting a crew for safe and efficient delivery
- Setting up and managing lane/road closures and diversions
- Conducting site checks under Chapter 8 regulations
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Completing traffic counts, reports, and near-miss documentation
- Ensuring daily compliance with health & safety standards
- Supporting and mentoring trainees and new team members
- Assisting supervisors and managers to deliver projects on time
Requirements
Qualifications & Licences
✅ 12AB, 12b LTMO, or 12a Traffic Management Foreman qualification ✅ IPV qualification ✅ HGV licence

Driving Requirements
✅ Full driving licence (no more than 6 points) ✅ Any previous driving bans must be expired for at least 5 years prior to applying

✅ Must pass a drug and alcohol test (employment offer contingent) ✅ Will undergo required medical assessments
