  • Night Shift Allowance Night Shift Vehicle Paint Sprayer Location: AAR Birmingham, Mallard Lodge, Water Orton, Birmingham B46 1NS Department: Activate Accident Repair Contract type: Permanent, Full-time About the role We’re looking for a Vehicle Paint Sprayer to join our team, and play a key role in Activate Accident Repair. Activate Group is a growing UK business approaching 1,000+ team members nationwide. About the role Painting and prepping of Motor vehicles. Key responsibilities Ensure customer satisfaction in the repair and painting of motor vehicles of all types. Carry out such work in a safe and economical manner. Observe, recognise and report on vehicle structure and paintwork. Interpret and implement technical instruction data. Accurately use paint mixing schemes and drying areas/equipment. Ensure that vehicles comply with safety standards when returned to customers, or that faults have been reported and noted on job card. Attain manufacturers' and/or estimated repair/paint times. Report all faults, defects noticed whilst working on vehicles. Skills and experience · ATA / NVQ level 3 · Good Communication skills. · Good Decision Making/Problem solving skills. · Good H&S knowledge/awareness. · Good Time management skills · Relevant industry experience and time served as a repair technician.
