Location: AAR Glasgow, 60 Fifty Pitches Pl, Glasgow G51 4GA Department: Activate Accident Repair Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time
About the Role
We’re seeking a Vehicle Paint Sprayer to join our team at Activate Accident Repair.

Key Responsibilities
- Paint and prep motor vehicles to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Ensure customer satisfaction in repair and paint processes across all vehicle types.
- Conduct work safely and efficiently, adhering to economic standards.
- Observe, recognise, and report on vehicle bodywork and structure conditions.
- Follow and implement technical instructions accurately.
- Apply paint mixing schemes using quality equipment.
- Uphold safety standards—either by ensuring vehicle compliance for return to customers or documenting faults on jobcards.
- Meet manufacturer or estimated repair/paint time objectives.
- Report any faults or defects identified during work.

Skills & Experience Required
- Hold an ATA or NVQ Level 3 qualification.
- Strong communication skills.
- Effective decision-making and problem-solving.
- Good understanding of Health & Safety (H&S) policies.
- Sound time management.
- Industry experience, with proven experience as a repair technician.
