Location: AAR Glasgow, 60 Fifty Pitches Pl, Glasgow G51 4GA Department: Activate Accident Repair Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time


About the Role

We’re seeking a Vehicle Paint Sprayer to join our team at Activate Accident Repair.

Key Responsibilities

  • Paint and prep motor vehicles to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction in repair and paint processes across all vehicle types.
  • Conduct work safely and efficiently, adhering to economic standards.
  • Observe, recognise, and report on vehicle bodywork and structure conditions.
  • Follow and implement technical instructions accurately.
  • Apply paint mixing schemes using quality equipment.
  • Uphold safety standards—either by ensuring vehicle compliance for return to customers or documenting faults on jobcards.
  • Meet manufacturer or estimated repair/paint time objectives.
  • Report any faults or defects identified during work.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Hold an ATA or NVQ Level 3 qualification.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Effective decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Good understanding of Health & Safety (H&S) policies.
  • Sound time management.
  • Industry experience, with proven experience as a repair technician.
