Join our night team and work in a state‑of‑the‑art, robotics‑led warehouse — with enhanced night pay.
Our night shifts are ideal if you prefer working overnight, want higher pay, and enjoy being part of the operation that keeps thousands of orders moving every day.
What we’re looking for
- No Warehouse experience needed — just bring a positive attitude.
- You must be 18 or over.
- You must be able to handle Meat and Alcohol
- You must be within reasonable commute time from the site using your method of transport.
- For your safety and the safety of others, you must be able to understand and follow Health & Safety briefings and operational instructions
Please note, we fulfil customer orders around the clock, so a range of shift patterns are available. Please speak to your recruiter for more details.
Available Night Roles
You will work 4 nights in every 7‑day period. Shifts are spread across the full week, including weekends

Nights Despatch – 20:05 to 06:05
Load totes into frames ready for delivery and sort returned totes. This is a physical role involving regular lifting — no gym membership needed!
Nights Pick – 18:35 to 04:35
Pick and pack customer orders into totes with support from our cutting‑edge robotic systems.
Nights Inbound – 19:00 to 06:00
Receive goods from suppliers and place them into totes ready for our pickers and robots.

- £12.84 per hour basic pay
