Job Description: Night Shift Roles – Ocado Logistics
Join our night team and work in a state-of-the-art, robotics-led warehouse—with enhanced night pay.
Our night shifts are perfect if you prefer working overnight, want higher pay, and enjoy being part of the operation that delivers thousands of orders daily.
What We’re Looking For
No warehouse experience needed—just a positive attitude.
Requirements:
- You must be 18 or over.
- You must be ** able to handle Meat and Alcohol**.
- You must be within reasonable commute time from the site using your preferred transport.
- You must be able to understand and follow Health & Safety briefings and operational instructions.
Note: Orders are fulfilled around the clock, so a variety of shift patterns are available. Speak to your recruiter for details.
Work Schedule: You will work 4 nights in every 7-day period, with shifts spanning weekends.

Available Night Roles
Nights Despatch – 20:05 to 06:05
- Task: Load totes into frames for delivery and sort returned totes.
- Demand: Physical role involving regular lifting.
Nights Pick – 18:35 to 04:35
- Task: Pick and pack customer orders into totes using cutting-edge robotic systems.
Nights Inbound – 19:00 to 06:00
- Task: Receive goods from suppliers and place them into totes for pickers and robots.
