Warehouse/Production Operative (Night Shift) – Fareham
Are you looking for a stable role within a world-class logistics and packaging facility? We are currently recruiting for a dedicated Warehouse/Production Operative to join the team at Fareham, working a permanent night shift. This position is based in a modern, fast-paced environment focused on the packaging and distribution of essential medical products.
As a Warehouse/Production Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring products are packaged correctly and ready for global distribution.
Warehouse/Production Operative Responsibilities
Packaging & Packing: Responsible for the high-quality packaging of products to meet shipping standards. Order Preparation: Preparing items for dispatch with high levels of accuracy. Production Support: Assisting with basic production tasks and assembly of packaging materials. Inventory Handling: Ensuring stock is moved safely and efficiently through the warehouse area. Quality Checks: Performing visual inspections to ensure packaging meets strict quality guidelines.

Shift Pattern & Pay
Shift: Fixed Night Shift Hours: 22:00 to 06:00 Schedule: Sunday to Thursday (finishing Friday morning) Pay Rate: £15.47 per hour
This shift is perfect for individuals who prefer a fixed night-time schedule with a premium pay rate and your weekends fully intact.
