Night Supervisor – Front Desk (5 Nights, High Wycombe) Holiday Inn
About the Role
We’re looking for a Night Supervisor to manage our Front Desk while delivering brand standards, supporting Night Audit, and ensuring every guest’s needs are met—even at 3 AM.
This is a flexible, fast-paced role requiring strong initiative, communication skills, and an ability to handle guest requests (additional amenities, room service, etc.). Uplifting pay, perks, and growth opportunities await!
Key Details:
- Salary: £26,811.20 per annum (~£12.89/hour)
- Hours: 40 hrs/week (5 nights, on-site duties)
- Location: Holiday Inn, High Wycombe
- Priority: Experience in branded hotel reception or front-of-house essential
Your Responsibilities
- Lead the front desk during overnight shifts, ensuring seamless guest check-ins/check-outs.
- Conduct Night Audit, verifying balances, updating records, and preparing reports for management.
- Handle guest queries, upgrades, and special requests with brand standards in mind.
- Oversee room amenities and room service orders while delivering outstanding service.
- Prepare the hotel for the following day, pre-packaging rooms and coordinating with management.

Requirements
- Front-of-house experience (preferably in a branded hotel) is a must.
- Ability to adapt quickly, work unsociable hours, and use problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork—this role involves guiding hosts and hospitality team.
