About the Role

Location: Ffordd Amazon, Skewen, Swansea SA1 8QX Salary: £14.90 per hour Shift Pattern: Nights (7:30 PM – 4:00 AM), 5 nights a week
Core Responsibilities

Supervision & Training
- Recruit, train, and mentor catering staff (servers, kitchen crew, and support personnel).
- Set clear expectations and provide constructive feedback to maintain high performance standards.

Quality Control
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and service standards align with (or exceed) guest expectations.
- Promptly address concerns to resolve issues and uphold customer satisfaction.

Logistics & Operations
- Coordinate delivery, setup, and breakdown of equipment and supplies.
- Oversee seamless event workflows, including food service, beverage distribution, and guest interactions.
- Manage inventory and-order supplies to maintain optimal stock levels.

Customer Service Excellence
- Build positive relationships with clients and guests, anticipating needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Handle dietary restrictions, inquiries, and special requests with professionalism and warmth.
- Actively seek guest feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements
- Experience: Proven track record in hospitality, with [chef-specific cooking experience] as a critical asset.
- Skills & Mindset:

- Thrives on supervising and developing teams (strength in delegation and mentorship).
- Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Clear, concise communication (verbal and written) and adaptability.
