Roicare, a leading provider of residential care for children with autism, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Night Support Workers to join our caring team. As a Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support, supervision, and assistance to children with autism during their daily activities, fostering their development and well-being, working closely with our Clinical Psychologists and multidisciplinary team.
Our facility provides specialized residential care for children with autism, learning and physical disabilities, brain injuries, and complex needs.
This is a new home which will be opening soon. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who would like to work within a challenging yet exciting fast-paced position delivering the highest standard of professionalism for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one support to children with autism in their daily activities, both within the children's home and in the community.
- Assist with personal care tasks, including feeding, bathing, and dressing, ensuring the comfort and well-being of the children.
- Engage the children in therapeutic and recreational activities to promote their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Support the implementation of behavior management strategies and therapeutic techniques as directed by the supervising professionals.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment for the children, promoting their independence, self-esteem, and well-being.
- Maintain accurate records and report any concerns or incidents to the appropriate staff members.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans and support the overall progress of the children.
- Attend team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
