Night Support Worker

We are on the lookout for passionate and dedicated care professionals to join Prime Life, making a difference every day and giving back to your community.
Location: The Fieldings Residential Home, Sutton in Ashfield, Nottinghamshire Availability: Multiple full-time or part-time vacancies Interviews: Available as soon as possible
About the Role
This role will provide dignified care and support to 47 residents living with a range of physical disabilities and mental health conditions. You will work in a caring team, ensuring residents achieve the highest quality of life through compassionate, individualised assistance.

Key Responsibilities
- Encouraging residents to achieve the highest quality of life tailored to their needs
- Providing companionship, emotional, and practical support
- Assisting residents in decision-making regarding daily living arrangements
- Helping with personal care and recreational activities
- Supporting toileting, bedtime rituals, and a comfortable night’s sleep
- Promoting independent activities such as meal preparation
- Collaborating with professionals to develop individualised care plans

What We’re Looking For
- A genuine caring nature and a passion for making a real difference
- Respect for individuality and patient, understanding bedside manner
- Desire to work with mental health conditions, learning disabilities, and physical disabilities
- Recommended but not essential: Previous experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant (full training provided)
