Night Support Worker

Join Our Team as a Night Support Worker

We are on the lookout for passionate and dedicated care professionals to join Prime Life, making a difference every day and giving back to your community.

Location: The Fieldings Residential Home, Sutton in Ashfield, Nottinghamshire Availability: Multiple full-time or part-time vacancies Interviews: Available as soon as possible

About the Role

This role will provide dignified care and support to 47 residents living with a range of physical disabilities and mental health conditions. You will work in a caring team, ensuring residents achieve the highest quality of life through compassionate, individualised assistance.

  • Encouraging residents to achieve the highest quality of life tailored to their needs
  • Providing companionship, emotional, and practical support
  • Assisting residents in decision-making regarding daily living arrangements
  • Helping with personal care and recreational activities
  • Supporting toileting, bedtime rituals, and a comfortable night’s sleep
  • Promoting independent activities such as meal preparation
  • Collaborating with professionals to develop individualised care plans

What We’re Looking For

  • A genuine caring nature and a passion for making a real difference
  • Respect for individuality and patient, understanding bedside manner
  • Desire to work with mental health conditions, learning disabilities, and physical disabilities
  • Recommended but not essential: Previous experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant (full training provided)
