Night Support Worker – Kirton in Lindsey
About the Role
Make a difference every day and give back to your community! Prime Life are looking for passionate and dedicated care professionals to join their friendly team as a Night Support Worker, on a full or part time basis. Current vacancies are available, with interviews happening soon.
This role is based at Lowfield House Residential Home, in Kirton in Lindsey. The home is specially designed to cater to the needs of 21 residents living with a range of:
- Learning disabilities
- Physical disabilities
- Mental health conditions
Patient, understanding, and respectful candidates are essential, as the role requires tailored support to meet each resident’s individual abilities.
Responsibilities
- Encourage residents to achieve their highest possible quality of life
- Provide emotional and practical support alongside companionship
- Assist residents in making decisions about their daily living arrangements
- Help with personal care and recreational activities
- Support residents in retiring for the evening and ensuring a comfortable night’s sleep
- Promote independent living during food preparation and mealtimes
- Collaborate with other professionals to develop individualised care and development plans

Requirements
Successful candidates will:
- Possess a genuine caring nature driven by a desire to improve residents’ lives
- Be patient, compassionate, and respectful of individual differences
- Commit to upholding high standards of dignity in care
While previous experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant is desirable, it’s not essential—full training is provided!
