About Witherslack Group

We offer caring homes for young people with ** social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs ** where their day-to-day lives are centred around support, trust, and growth. Our Night Support Workers play a vital role in enabling our young people to rediscover a sense of normalcy, fostering resilience and paving the way for brighter futures. You’ll witness, and nurture, tiny victories that culminate in life-lasting positive change.


The Role

In a night role, you’ll be the constant during the quietest (and sometimes most challenging) times:

  • Assistance in Crisis: From traumatic awakenings to moments of distress, your empathy and patience can transform a tumultuous night into a supportive experience
  • Nap-Meಾಲing: Governance duties, multidisciplinary team updates, completing documentation (e.g. health records, care plans) after hours, laundry, and maintaining home hours
  • Quiet Care: Monitoring young people’s mental health too, ensuring they remain safe – from lights out until sunrise

You won’t just clock in—you’ll grow alongside us. Our night support workers precise ability to adjust submissions during unpredicted events sets us apart.
