Night Support Worker - Female Only

We are seeking passionate and dedicated care professionals to join Prime Life as a Night Support Worker, both full-time and part-time. We currently have several vacancies available and would love to meet with interested candidates for interviews.
About the Role
This role will be based at Stoneygate Road Residential Home, located in the heart of Leicester. The home is conveniently close to local transport links and is thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of its 19 residents, all of whom live with a range of mental health conditions. Dignified and compassionate support from the care team is essential to accommodate their unique challenges.
Responsibilities
As a Night Support Worker, your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting residents to achieve the highest possible quality of life suitable for them
- Providing companionship, emotional support, and practical assistance
- Collaborating with residents to help them make decisions regarding their daily living arrangements
- Aiding residents with personal care and engaging them in recreational activities
- Helping residents settle for the evening and ensuring a comfortable night’s sleep
- Encouraging independence in food preparation and meal times
- Working with professionals to deliver personalised care and development plans

Requirements
To thrive in this role, you must possess a genuine caring nature and a strong desire to make a meaningful impact for our residents. While prior experience as a Care Assistant or Support Worker is beneficial, it is not essential as full training is provided.
Previously, our team has supported residents with:
- Mental health conditions
- Learning disabilities
- Physical disabilities
It is essential that candidates are patient, understanding, and respectful of each resident’s individual abilities.
