Are you a confident Support Worker driven by a passion for delivering exceptional care in a specialist enhanced support environment?

About the Role

You’ll work 42 hours a week, night shifts only (8pm – 8am), making a profound difference in the lives of adults with autism and learning disabilities at Broughton Lodge, a specialist enhanced residential service for individuals who may present challenging behaviours.

Shift Pattern:

  • Week 1: 4 days on, 3 days off
  • Week 2: 3 days on, 4 days off

Responsibilities

  • Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach

  • Adapt help to individuals’ specific needs
