Night Team Member – Castle Hotel, Windsor
Location: Windsor Salary: £26,650 per annum plus superb benefits Start Date: May 2026
About the Castle Hotel Windsor The Castle Hotel Windsor is a landmark hotel on Windsor High Street, directly opposite Windsor Castle and at the heart of the town’s historic and royal setting. Positioned as The Original Local, we blend deep local knowledge with warm, confident hospitality for guests from around the world.
With significant investment underway—including newly refurbished rooms and a new restaurant and bar concept celebrating heritage and locally sourced produce—the Castle Hotel is entering an exciting new chapter.

About the Role
Are you a night owl? If so, this Night Team Member role is perfect for your lifestyle—previous night shift experience will give you an edge. We’re seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused individual to join our team and deliver warm guest welcomes in the Castle Hotel’s night operations.

Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional hospitality, ensuring smooth reception operations, and delivering a seamless experience for guests. While formal qualifications are not required, advantage will be given to candidates with hotel reception experience, preferably in luxury four- or five-star establishments.
We look for an outstanding communicator, capable of working under pressure, maintaining immaculate personal presentation, and embodying a professional yet warm personality.
