Evening in the Life of a Night Team Member
Ever dreamed of the late-night magic of hospitality? Join our team to uphold the smooth operation of our hotel while guests and our building rest!
Your Responsibilities
- Ensure seamless late-night operations: Warmly welcome late-arriving guests, manage check-ins/out intakes, and set them up comfortably.
- Night audits & reporting: Maintain meticulous records for system accuracy and daily reporting.
- Personalised guest service: Assist with après-demand needs—think room service, restocking amenities, or quiet solutions for their stay.
- Premium cleaning & lobby oversight: Keep shared spaces spotless and guests’ areas inviting, expertly preparing for the day team’s arrival.
- Ensure safety & security: Conduct rounds, monitor areas, and address concerns to guarantee a secure environment.
- Smooth shift handover: Partner with the morning team to align on operational transitions for continuity.
