A Day in the Life of a Night Team Member
What You’ll Do
- Are you a night owl who enjoys the calm, poised energy of late-night hospitality? Join our crew as the hotel’s guardian under the moon! Handcheck late guests, manage unexpected but friendly requests, and set the stage for morning 세상을 환영하는 멋진 Fassion
- Guest services:
- Warm welcome for late arrivals and seamless check-ins/check-outs
- Address requests (room service, pillow replacements, etc.) until dawn
- Public spaces:
- Clean and prep the lobby and common areas for daylight shifts
- Security & safety:
- Conduct regular rounds to ensure guest comfort and tranquility
- Smooth handover:
- Coordinate with morning team to guarantee continuity of service
