Purpose Of The Role

The Night Warehouse Controller is responsible for taking goods-ins overnight, maintaining and cleaning the warehouse including fridges, packaging area, mezzanine floor, and general warehouse. A key part of the role will be to ensure we have consistency for all warehouse inventory for both goods-in and goods-out.

Main Responsibilities

  • Handover with opening controller.
  • Cleaning of warehouse, fridges, packaging area, and general warehouse.
  • Ensure all goods-in are processed on time and accurately.
  • Sign drivers back in after their routes have been completed.
  • Freshdesk ownership of round reconciliation.
  • Complete handover, checklists, and closure reports on time.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with other departments where required, such as delivery time, procurement, and customer service.
  • Follow all RASOP documents to ensure a healthy and safe working environment.
  • Report damaged or missing items through electronic portal.
  • Report accidents, incidents, and near misses through electronic portal.
