We are working closely with our client looking for a night Operations Manager, this is a confidential role running the night shift from 10-7.
Reporting to the General Manager, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience of working night within a warehouse environment.
Budget control of 3 million.
You will manage a team of 3 Night shift managers.

Your Experience Will Be
- Worked in a Unionised Environment
- IT Skills – Excel/Word Etc
- Effective people management and Motivation.
- Decision Making and problem solving.
- Planning and Organising skills.
- Strong Self motivation.
You will have Logistics and Warehouse experience – You might also have had container experience – you will be overseeing products off and on to loading bays and back loading.
Drive and deliver contractually agreed and budgeted KPI on delivery and service levels.

Benefits
- 45 hour per week contract
- 33 days holidays
- up to 55k Basic depending on experience
- Sunday – Thursday
