Warehouse Operative
Location: Worcestershire
Salary: £23,696.40 to £27,758.64 per annum (minimum wage +12% uplift for night shift) Vacancy Type: Permanent, Full-time, Monday to Friday, 37.5-hour weekly contract Hours:
- Night shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM, Sundays to Thursdays

About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our growing operations team. This role ensures the accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of technology equipment, maintaining high standards and supporting customer order fulfilment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and cleanliness across all warehouse areas.
- Label, stage, and prepare orders for shipment to meet customer and courier requirements.
- Support goods in/goods out processes to ensure timely operational deadlines.
- Conduct visual and system quality checks before dispatching to maintain accuracy.
- Update warehouse systems and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Assist in stock rotation and organisation to optimise warehouse efficiency.
- Collaborate with colleagues and departments to support operational priorities.
- Report damaged stock, faults, or health and safety concerns promptly.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse processes.
- Handle customer equipment with care, adhering to company procedures.
- Meet productivity and accuracy targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Prepare packaging and shipment for high-value technology equipment.
- Follow company security procedures when handling sensitive/customer assets.
- Use handheld scanners and warehouse management systems for inventory tracking.
- Operate authorised warehouse equipment safely and compliantly.
- Escalate potential delivery risks or operational delays.
