Join Our Team as a Customer Service Assistant!
Are you a people person with a knack for exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in dynamic environments? If so, we want you on our team!
This is a full-time role (42 hours p.w), that will see you working 4 nights on, 4 nights off including weekends due to the nature of the business. The hours are from 18.00 pm to 6.00 am.
What You'll Be Doing:
As a Customer Service Assistant at our Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh site, your role will be more than just managing parking spaces. You'll be a friendly face, ensuring an excellent customer experience while handling state-of-the-art car park equipment.

Responsibilities include:
- Engaging with Customers: Providing top-notch customer service with a smile.
- Traffic Control Measures: Regulating vehicle entry and exit seamlessly.
- Regular Foot Patrols: Ensuring the safety and security of the car park.
Requirements:
No prior experience in customer service or security? No problem! We value enthusiasm and a positive attitude. However, the following skills will be beneficial:
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively.
- Basic Computer Skills: Tech-savvy enough to handle our equipment.
