Nights Handyperson
Night Fabric Engineer/Handy Person
Join a boutique FM company as a mobile handyperson/fabric engineer in Central London.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8pm - 5am
Salary: GBP40,000 - GBP45,000 + van + Fuel Card
Contract Type: Mobile contract covering sites across Zones 1 and 2
Location: Commercial Office Spaces
Responsibilities
- First point of contact during the night for building reactives and contractors
- Carpentry: Door hanging
- Assembling furniture
- Plumbing
- Drainage and flushing
- Fire alarm/door testing
- Grouting and Plastering
- Repairing building fixtures: doors, handles, windows etc.
- Basic electrical: lamp changes, sockets

Requirements
- Experience as a building services fabric engineer/handyperson in a commercial setting
- Trades qualifications: C and G / NVQ in any trade
- Full driver's license
