Nights Team Member – Welwyn Garden City Premier Inn
Location: Stanborough Rd, Welwyn Garden City AL8 6DQ (Premier Inn)
Contract Type: Fixed-Term until 01/09/2026 Hours: 21 hours per week Rate: Up to £13.66 per hour (night shift) Minimum Age: Over 18s Experience: No experience needed – immediate start!
About the Role
Join the Premier Inn team in Welwyn Garden City as a Nights Team Member and help ensure our overnight guests experience the perfect rest while staying with us.
As part of Whitbread—the UK’s leading hospitality business—you’ll be responsible for:
- Guaranteeing safety, security, and comfort for guests after hours.
- Delivering exceptional customer service with a calm and personable approach.
- Supporting housekeeping efforts overnight to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.

Your Responsibilities (Key Duties)
By working as a Nights Team Member, you’ll:
- Inspect and check overnight rooms, ensuring guest comfort, cleanliness, and security.
- Handle emergency services requests promptly and professionally.
- Support the hotel’s operational needs after hours.
- Work collaboratively with your team to maintain excellent standards at the property.
