About the Role

Looking for a rewarding night shift role in hospitality? We’re currently recruiting for our Welwyn Garden City Premier Inn.

As a Nights Team Member, you’ll support our overnight guests with a calm and customer-focused approach. Your responsibility will be to ensure their safety, comfort, and rest—helping them sleep well during their stay. Immediate start available! No prior experience required.


Key Details

  • Hourly Rate: Up to £13.66 per hour (for night shift work)
  • Contract Type: Fixed-term (until 01/09/2026); no zero-hours contracts
  • Hours: 21 hours per week
  • Location: Stanborough Rd, Welwyn Garden City AL8 6DQ
  • Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older
