About the Role
Looking for a rewarding night shift role in hospitality? We’re currently recruiting for our Welwyn Garden City Premier Inn.
As a Nights Team Member, you’ll support our overnight guests with a calm and customer-focused approach. Your responsibility will be to ensure their safety, comfort, and rest—helping them sleep well during their stay. Immediate start available! No prior experience required.
Key Details
- Hourly Rate: Up to £13.66 per hour (for night shift work)
- Contract Type: Fixed-term (until 01/09/2026); no zero-hours contracts
- Hours: 21 hours per week
- Location: Stanborough Rd, Welwyn Garden City AL8 6DQ
- Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older

You’ll play a vital role in balancing a hotel’s needs and its guests’ comfort:
- Support and manage overnight guests, ensuring their safety and hassle-free stay.
- Utilise your problem-solving skills and adaptability to handle any challenges during night hours.
- Follow rigorous health and safety protocols in one of the UK’s most trusted brands.
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere where all guests and team members feel respected and valued.
