Location: 1 The Parade, Epsom, KT18 5BT
Pay: Up to £13.66 per hour Hours: 15 per week Contract Type: Fixed-term until 31/08/2026 Age: Must be over 18
About the Role
Join Premier Inn, part of Whitbread, as a Nights Team Member in Epsom Town Centre. You’ll be the key point of contact for our overnight guests, ensuring their safety and comfort while they rest. Whether helping them feel at ease, handling unexpected situations, or maintaining hotel security, your calm and customer-focused attitude will make all the difference.
No prior experience is needed—just a willingness to welcome guests and contribute to the most loved hospitality brand in the UK.
What You’ll Do
- Provide first-class customer service to guests overnight, ensuring they feel safe, respected, and well accommodated.
- Use your problem-solving skills to address any guest concerns discreetly and professionally.
- Maintain health & safety compliance across the hotel premises, including security and fire safety checks.
- Work flexibly as part of a dynamic team, supporting egg freshness, delivering breakages, and ensuring quiet, courteous cover across the property.
- Uphold our values of warmth, authenticity, and care—making sure everyone who stays with us feels valued by Premier Inn.
