Nights Team Member – Southampton (Cumberland Place) Premier Inn
Position Overview
Premier Inn is recruiting for a Nights Team Member role at the Southampton (Cumberland Place) location, offering 24 hours per week at a competitive rate of up to £13.66 per hour.
This is an immediate start, permanent role (no zero-hours contracts) for candidates aged 18+.

Your role involves ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel overnight, supporting guests with their needs, and contributing to the smooth running of our establishment. You’ll be part of Whitbread, the UK’s leading hospitality group, and enjoy career progression opportunities right from the start.
What You’ll Do
As a Nights Team Member at Premier Inn, you’ll:
- Ensure guest safety and comfort during night shifts, addressing any concerns or issues efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, secure, and welcoming environment for overnight stays.
- Support the front desk and ground-based operations with a focus on problem-solving and health & safety.
- Work collaboratively within our team to deliver exceptional service.
- Uphold Premier Inn’s reputation for reliability, compassion, and consistency.
