About the Role
Come and join us as a Nights Team Member at the London Victoria Premier Inn. As our overnight hotel guardian, you’ll:
- Ensure the safety and well-being of our guests with your reassuring presence.
- Provide customer service to help them rest easily and achieve a good night’s sleep.
- No prior experience required—training provided for an immediate start.
Contract & Terms
- Contract Type: Fixed-term until 31/08/2026 (no zero-hour contracts)
- Eligibility: Suitable candidates must be over 18 years old
- Location: Gonvena Hill, Wadebridge, PL27 6BN (Note: Original location listed as Victoria, London—please verify—appears to contain a place-swap bug)

Responsibilities
- Oversight of Overnight Operations: Manage and maintain the hotel’s overnight services.
- Guest Liaison: Ensure guest safety, security, and comfort.
- Proactive Support: Solve issues, troubleshoot technical/operational problems, and freight health & safety protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Be part of Whitbread’s leading hospitality business.
