Nights Team Member – Brighton City Centre Premier Inn
Location: 144 North St, Brighton and Hove, BN1 1RE Hours: 21 hours per week Pay: Up to £13.66 per hour Contract: Fixed Term until 03/09/2026 (Over 18s only) Immediate start, no experience needed
About the Role
Come and join Premier Inn in Brighton City Centre as a Nights Team Member. As the crucial point of contact for our overnight guests, you’ll use your calm, customer-focused personality to ensure their safety and comfort. Help guests get the restful sleep they need while supporting our team to deliver exceptional overnight service.
What You’ll Do
- Manage safety, security, and comfort for guests overnight
- Use problem-solving skills to address any guest concerns
- Ensure health and safety standards are met throughout the night
- Collaborate with the Whitbread hospitality team to deliver exceptional overnight service
- Contribute to our commitment to inclusivity and diversity, creating a welcoming environment for all
