Earn up to £13.66 per hour in a 16-hour-per-week flexible role.
About the Role
Come and join us as a Nights Team Member at Berwick-upon-Tweed Premier Inn. Our role is crucial in ensuring the comfort, safety, and smooth overnight experience for our guests. Using your calm and caring personality, you’ll create a serene environment to help guests relax with those all-important nights of uninterrupted rest. No experience is required – we’ll provide full training to get you started immediately!

Responsibilities
As a Nights Team Member, your primary role is to take care of the hotel and its guests during the overnight shift. Responsibilities may include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to ensure guests’ needs are met.
- Maintaining the safety, cleanliness, and security of the hotel premises.
- Assisting with check-outs, handling guest requests discreetly and efficiently.
- Adhering to health and safety guidelines, and crisis management protocols.

Requirements
- Over 18 years old.
- Commitment to a Fixed-Term Contract until 10 Sep 2026.
- An openness to training and support to excel in this position.
