- Hours: 16 hours per week
- Contract: Permanent (No zero-hours contracts)

Responsibilities
- Look after the hotel and overnight guests with professionalism
- Ensure a safe, secure, and positive overnight experience
- Use your customer service skills to build trust and confidence
- Maintain health & safety standards (initial training provided)
