Nights Team Member – Sittingbourne Premier Inn

RolesOpening / Hotel – 16 hours per week

We're recruiting for a Nights Team Member at our Sittingbourne Premier Inn. Salary: Up to £13.66 per hour Hours: 16 hours per week over two nights Location: Sittingbourne Premier Inn, Sheppey Way, Sittingbourne, ME9 8RZ

Work within our welcoming team as the Night Team Member, supporting guests all through the night whilst playing your part in running the hotel. A perfect role for those looking for a temporary fixed term contract lasting until 31st August 2026.


What You’ll Do

  • Ensure safety, cleanliness and security of the hotel and overnight guests.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to help guests relax and sleep well.
  • Support hotel operations (check-outs, breakfast prep, health checks and more).
  • Be part of Whitbread, the UK’s leading hospitality business.
  • No experience needed—just a calm and proactive attitude to succeed.
