Nights - Team Member
Nights Team Member – York City Centre (Layerthorpe) – Premier Inn Hotel
The Role
Join us at Premier Inn York City Centre (Layerthorpe) as a Nights Team Member! Working 16 hours per week, you’ll use your calm yet customer-focused personality to ensure safety and comfort for overnight guests. No prior experience is required—just a willingness to IDENTIFY and solve problems efficiently while upholding our signature health and safety standards. Immediate start available with a clear career progression pathway.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and comfort of hotel guests overnight
- Deliver a high standard of customer service during after-hours operations
- Support problem-solving and incident management in line with hotel protocols
- Maintain security standards across the York City Centre property

Pay & Contract
- Hourly Rate: Up to £13.66 per hour (night shift premium applied)
- Contract Type: Permanent (no zero hours)
