About the Role
We’re currently recruiting for a Nights Team Member at Premier Inn Reading Winnersh.
Help overnight guests rest easy by combining a calm personality with customer service skills to ensure their safety and comfort while they stay with us. No experience is required – join our team with an immediate start!
Key Details
- Pay Rate: Up to £13.66 per hour (night shift)
- Contract Type: Permanent (no zero-hours contracts)
- Age Requirement: Must be over 18
- Hours: 16 hours per week

What You’ll Do
As a Nights Team Member, you’ll be responsible for:
- Safely managing and maintaining the hotel overnight
- Ensuring high standards of customer service for guests
- Problem-solving in your role
- Operating within strict health and safety guidelines
