Nights Team Member – Premier Inn Weymouth
Working 32 hours per week at a rate of up to £13.66 per hour, come join our team as a Nights Team Member at Premier Inn Weymouth. Immediate start available with no experience needed—just bring your calm personality and customer service skills!
About the Role
As a Nights Team Member, you’ll be our guests’ primary support overnight. Help ensure their safety and comfort so they can rest easy during their stay. Your role is essential in making our hotel operate smoothly while prioritising a great guest experience.
- Location: Gateway Business Park, Mercery Road, Weymouth, DT3 5HJ
- Contract: Permanent (no zero-hours deals)
- Legacy: Open to applicants over 18 only
What You’ll Do
You’ll be responsible for:
- Overseeing the hotel and guests in the night shift including ensuring health and safety
- Problem-solving and resolving issues proactively and efficiently
- Delivering exceptional customer service to support a good night’s sleep for our guests
