Location: Manchester City Centre (Piccadilly) Hours per week: 32 hours Pay rate: Up to £13.66 per hour Contract type: Fixed-term until 30/09/2026 (no zero-hour contracts!) Age requirement: Over 18s only

About the Role
Collaborate with Premier Inn's team in Manchester City Centre (Piccadilly) to ensure overnight guests stay safe, comfortable, and well-rested. Your calm demeanour and customer service excellence will be key to providing exceptional overnight service.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with 24/7 guests’ safety and needs
- Support restful overnight experiences for hotel visitors
- Leverage problem-solving skills and adherence to health & safety standards
