Nights Team Member – Horsham Town Centre Premier Inn
We're currently recruiting in our Horsham Town Centre Premier Inn. Join us for a 38-hour per week role paying up to £13.66 per hour for the night shift.
About the Role
As a Nights Team Member, you’ll be the trusted face for our overnight guests, ensuring their safety and comfort. Whether it’s answering queries, reassuring guests, or maintaining the hotel, your calm personality and customer service skills will help guests enjoy a peaceful stay.

- Pay rate: Up to £13.66 per hour (night shift)
- Contract: Fixed Term (until 01/09/2026) – no zero-hour contracts
- Hours: 38 hours per week
- Location: Piries Place, Horsham, RH12 1EH

What You’ll Do
As our Nights Team Member, your role is pivotal:
- Ensure guest safety, security, and peace of mind overnight
- Support hotel operations smoothly
- Use your problem-solving and attention to detail
- Maintain health and safety standards within the hotel
