Role Overview
The primary responsibilities of this butcher role include:
- Using expert knife skills to produce:
- Primal cuts
- Portion cuts for beef, pork, lamb, and poultry
- Operating within a factory environment, working hours are typically Monday to Friday, with additional flexibility as required.

Requirements
Candidates must demonstrate the following qualifications and traits:
- Trained & experienced butcher with proficiency in:
- Advanced knife skills
- Primal & portion butchery techniques
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively
- Ability to work as part of a team and embrace change
- Commercial awareness, including knowledge of yields, costs, and efficiency in meat processing
