Role
As a print finishing operative, you will play a crucial role in making printed materials into professional products, utilizing precision cutting, laminating, binding, folding techniques, as well as other finishing skills. You will ensure that the customers receive a quality finished product.
Shift
10pm to 6am
Salary
Starting wage ranging from 25-27.5K depending on experience
Responsibilities
- Execute various finishing processes such as cutting, binding, laminating, and folding to complete printed product
- Conduct thorough quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet high standards and customer expectations
- Operate and maintain finishing equipment, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance
- Manage workflow efficiently to meet production schedules and ensure timely delivery of finished products
- Handle and organize printed materials, preparing them for finishing processes

Requirements
- Prior experience as a Print Finishing Operative or in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering finished products of the highest quality
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Capable of troubleshooting and resolving issues during the finishing process
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities throughout the working day
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends or overtime as needed
- Good physical condition and ability to lift 20kg
