Nightshift Spray Painter
Location: Hamilton Road, Vauxhall Work Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 7.30pm – 7am (44-hour working week) Salary: Up to £52,500 OTE plus benefits Performance Bonus: Additional opportunity to earn up to £9,000 every three years (terms and conditions apply)

About the Role
Working in a busy workshop environment, you’ll restore accident-damaged and sales vehicles back to their original condition. This responsibility demands:
- Vigilance and professionalism, working independently but with energy and efficiency
- High standards in all tasks, delivering the highest level of care for every vehicle

Essential Skills
Success in this role requires:
- Previous experience as a Vehicle Spray Painter in a professional workshop setting
- Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in unpredictable conditions
- The capability to work both collaboratively and autonomously
- A commitment to delivering high-quality results independently
Training and Development:
- Product-related training will be provided
- Opportunities available to pursue manufacturer certifications and further qualifications
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Core duties include:
- Preparing vehicles for paintwork application
- Masking vehicles to ensure precise paintwork
- Conducting minor damage repairs
- Polishing vehicle paintwork to remove defects
- Mixing and applying paint with meticulous care and expertise
- Adhering to industry standards for professional paint application
