About The Role

Working Monday to Friday, 18:00–04:00, you’ll take full responsibility for overseeing nightshift operations, ensuring jobs are organised efficiently and all trailers move on time for onward journeys. You’ll play a key role in coordinating between teams and resolving any issues that arise overnight.

You Will Be Responsible

Organising jobs and collections for nightshift colleagues Loading and unloading trailers and preparing load lists and manifests Ensuring trailers are dispatched to ferry terminals in line with schedules Entering jobs into internal systems and completing accurate handover documentation Managing and resolving operational issues during the shift Coordinating closely with planning and warehouse teams to maintain workflow Leading the team to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality operations

About You

You’ll have previous supervisory experience and feel confident leading a team in a busy operational environment. A valid HGV Class 1 licence and forklift licence are essential for this role. You’ll also be comfortable using Microsoft systems to manage records and input job information accurately.
