Our Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced Administrator to join our growing Casualty Team.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have experience in Administration, strong time management skills, and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Critical Eligibility Requirement Due to the nature of this position, candidates must be:
- A sole British National or dual national with at least one British nationality
- Not restricted from working in the UK (no visa restrictions)
- Hold British Citizenship (essential for national security clearance)

Day-to-Day Tasks
- Monitor and manage online portals, downloading and attaching supporting documentation to the correct files.
- Review Excel enquiry spreadsheets, cross-checking against internal data to identify potential matches and conducting follow-up investigations.
- Update and verify monthly bordereau reports, ensuring accuracy before submitting to clients.
- Handle telephone calls and address general enquiries efficiently.
- Perform tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and other duties to support business objectives.
Key Knowledge & Abilities
- Strong written English and ability to communicate clearly.
- Previous experience in an administration role.
- Proficient with standard office packages, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data input and processes.
- Proactive, resilient, and initiative-driven – focuses on solutions rather than problems.
- Effective time and resource management.
- Able to seek guidance when making decisions while maintaining compliance with client protocols.
- Demonstrates strong teamwork skills, positive communication with diverse colleagues, and client-facing customer service.
- Prepared for close supervision to ensure precision and adherence to client processes.
