About Us
Here at Griffin Mill Garages, we’re seeking a driven Sales Manager who’s looking to accelerate their Automotive career with our Nissan franchise. If you have a passion for getting the best out of people, automotive innovation and want to work within an established main dealer in business for over 60 years, then we have the position for you.
The Role
The successful candidate will be working closely with our General Manager and responsible for helping manage and grow all aspects of their brand in line with manufacturers' requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage sales staff, leveraging your experience in automotive retail
- Uphold customer care standards aligned with manufacturer and company expectations
- Utilize monthly management accounts to optimize sales department profitability
- Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve financial and sales targets
- Lead and direct sales team activities, ensuring adherence to plans and budgets
- Working within the FCA regulations and company guidelines
- Provide coaching and training to enhance sales team performance across key areas including customer satisfaction, prospecting, sales processes, time management, and product knowledge
